Prayer In Memory of the Unborn

Almighty God, You alone know the countless children denied the light of this world. We beseech You, Most Loving Father, swaddle these children in Your perpetual light and cradle them in Your protecting arms. May their lisping
laughter echo joyfully through the halls of heaven this day and for all eternity.
May their souls and all the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

May all who visit here find rest in this holy place but most especially may all mothers afflicted by the loss of a child in the womb, in childbirth or in childhood be consoled here by the Blessed Mother who kept vigil over her child at birth, at the cross and at His tomb.
Blessed Mother, Consoler of the Afflicted...intercede for all mothers who bear sorrows.
